Location
Site visit with the safety manager. From it we draw up the feasible set-up and the final cost estimate.

The file
Prevention plan, prefecture declaration for a fireworks display, DGAC filing for a drone flight. We prepare everything, you sign as the applicant.
Step 4
In the evening
Assembly, cold testing, production control and dismantling. There’s just one number to call, from the first lorry to the final fallout check.

The price of a fireworks display depends on the set-up and your site: we cost it at the site visit and send it within 48 hours with the constraints already identified.

Your questions about corporate events.
Do we need a risk prevention plan for a performance on our site?
Yes, as soon as an outside company works on your premises: labour law requires a prior joint inspection and a written prevention plan. We draft it, organise the inspection with your safety manager, and you sign it as the host company.
Does our building need to undergo a safety inspection?
It depends on the number of guests and the nature of your premises. Hosting more people than your usual capacity may affect the building’s operating arrangements for the duration of the evening. This matter will be decided during the site inspection, in consultation with you and, if necessary, with the local council.
Is it allowed to take photos in a car park or on a roof terrace?
Often, yes. It all depends on the load-bearing capacity, the distances to façades, the neighbours and nearby installations. We check these points on site before proposing anything.
Is it possible to fly drones in an industrial estate?
Yes, subject to the airspace and nearby aerodromes. The application goes to the DGAC with a risk assessment, at least 45 days before the date. We prepare the application; you remain the applicant.
Who coordinates the other service providers?
We fit around them. In practice: reading the caterer’s, sound and venue running orders, a joint test before guests arrive, and a launch procedure agreed with the person on the microphone.
How long should a company party last?
Allow 3 to 6 months for a bespoke show. On top of this, there are administrative lead times, which run in parallel but are separate from the creative process: a minimum of 1 month for a fireworks display, and a minimum of 45 days for a drone light flight.
