What Celesta produces
Six languages, a single service provider.
None of these services are outsourced. This is what makes it possible to combine them within a single project, and to sign just one contract, put together just one set of documents and have just one point of contact on site.
01
Fireworks display
Approved pyrotechnic contractor: from the grand finale to close-range indoor displays, set off by our pyrotechnicians.
02
Light drones
Operator registered with the DGAC: a logo, product or message drawn in the sky above your guests.
03
Special effects
Cold sparks, precisely timed flames, thick fog, confetti and CO₂, triggered by Celesta to the nearest thousandth of a second.
04
Video mapping
Your façade, your entrance hall or your factory transformed into a narrative medium, set against a timeline.
05
Sound and light show
A form of storytelling in which sound and light convey the message, both indoors and outdoors.
06
Multimedia shows
The combination of the five above in a single operation, under a single production control team.
Your opportunities
Twelve professional formats, the same production requirement.
Celesta provides services for any corporate event where a particular moment needs to leave a lasting impression. The approach may change, but the methods and standards remain the same.
Living room
A highlight at the stand or during the closing night, designed for an indoor venue.
Conference
An opening or closing ceremony that defines the conference’s brand image.
Seminar
A conclusion written by Celesta to bring three days’ work to a close on a shared emotional note.
Conference
An entrance or an announcement accompanied by chilling effects.
Annual General Meeting
A moment of celebration following the passing of the resolutions, often in front of the shareholders.
Symposium
Minimalist scenography, tailored to a scientific or medical audience.
Study Day
A brief interlude, designed for an audience that is leaving that very evening.
Agreement
The most popular format: a full-scale show bringing together all the teams.
Company meeting
A lightweight system that can be installed on your premises without having to close the site.
Corporate Festival
Several days, several scenes, a single performance by Celesta.
Team building
A shared experience that leaves a lasting impression, not just a memory.
Gala evening
The format in which pyrotechnics and light drones really come into their own.
Who does what?
On paper, it’s your event. On site, that’s our production control team.
The question that always comes up at the first meeting is not the price, but liability. Here is the breakdown, line by line, as set out in the contract.
You
Celesta
The story
You provide the purpose, the messages and the internal constraints.
We
We write the script frame by frame and sync it to a soundtrack.
The website
You open the doors and appoint a single point of contact.
We
We survey, mark out, stake out and check the load-bearing capacity of the supports.
Safety
You sign the prevention plan in your capacity as a user organisation.
We
We draft it, manage the process and coordinate external stakeholders.
Authorisations
You remain the applicant and you sign.
We
We put the case together, submit it and monitor its progress.
Service providers
You get to keep the caterer, the sound system and the venue you’ve chosen.
We
We adapt to their behaviour; it’s never the other way round.
In the evening
You can welcome your guests without keeping an eye on the clock.
We
We’re in charge of production control, keep an eye on the set-up and give the go-ahead.

The validation process
Four steps, and just one signature from you.
Celesta takes care of the rest for you. That’s the difference between buying a show and commissioning an executive production.
Step 1
The brief
An hour with you and, if necessary, with your central services. Celesta identifies right from the start what might cause problems later on: access, the local area, insurance and internal scheduling.
Step 2
Location
Site visit with the safety manager. This survey turns an idea into a feasible plan and forms the basis for the final cost estimate.
Step 3
The file
Prevention plan, prefecture declaration for a shooting exercise, submission to the DGAC for a drone flight. Celesta prepares all the necessary documents; you simply sign as the applicant.
Step 4
In the evening
Assembly, cold testing, production control and dismantling. There’s just one number to call, from the first lorry to the final fallout check.
The three formats
Three opportunities, three ways to hold them.
The feature runs over three pages. Each page has its own constraints, its own schedule and its own internal sponsor.

Gala, conference, birthday
Company social
The moment when the company takes a look at itself. In this context, the performance serves the narrative; it does not replace it.

Schools and universities
Graduation ceremony
A ceremony re-enacted every year in front of families, in a venue not designed for that purpose.

Markets and brands
Product launch
Just one moment to get right – often in front of the press – and an image that will continue to circulate long after the event.
Timeframes and budget
What Celesta might announce even before seeing your premises.
Five thresholds and one limit. These are not dependent on your workforce numbers or the size of your site, and no competitor is offering them at this stage of the discussion.

The cost of a fireworks display, on the other hand, depends on the set-up and your venue: it is calculated on a case-by-case basis, never according to a fixed price list. Celesta will provide a quote within 48 hours, taking into account the constraints already identified.

Let's talk about it
Please give us the address. We’ll tell you what the website offers.
A gala, an opening ceremony, a launch, a graduation ceremony: please specify the venue, the date range and the purpose. Celesta will reply within 48 hours with an initial quote and any constraints already identified regarding your premises.
Frequently Asked Questions
What management ask first.
Do we need a risk prevention plan for a performance on our site?
Yes, whenever an external contractor carries out work on your premises: the Labour Code requires a joint pre-work inspection and a written risk prevention plan. Celesta draws this up, organises the inspection with your health and safety manager, and you sign it in your capacity as the client organisation.
Does our building need to undergo a safety inspection?
It depends on the number of guests and the nature of your premises. Hosting more people than your usual capacity may affect the building’s operating arrangements for the duration of the evening. This matter will be decided during the site inspection, in consultation with you and, if necessary, with the local council.
Is it allowed to take photos in a car park or on a roof terrace?
Often, yes, and in fact it’s quite common. It all depends on the load-bearing capacity, the distances to the building facades, the surrounding area and any nearby installations. Celesta assesses these factors on site before making any recommendations.
Is it possible to fly drones in an industrial estate?
Yes, subject to the availability of airspace and neighbouring aerodromes. The application must be submitted to the DGAC, together with a risk assessment, at least 45 days before the date in question. Celesta will put together the application; you remain the applicant.
Who coordinates the other service providers?
Celesta adapts to them; it’s never the other way round. In practical terms: going through the catering, sound system and venue instructions, a joint run-through before the guests arrive, and a confirmed wrap-up procedure with the person on the microphone.
How long should a company party last?
Allow 3 to 6 months for a bespoke show. On top of this, there are administrative lead times, which run in parallel but are separate from the creative process: a minimum of 1 month for a fireworks display, and a minimum of 45 days for a drone light flight.
