Depending on the venue for your corporate event, its capacity and your requirements, Celesta combines or separates three disciplines. These are designed, produced and subject to in-house production control: you have just one point of contact and one contract.

Fireworks display
We fire displays synchronised to your music, from an intimate few-minute show to a large display in front of several thousand spectators.

Drone light show
We deploy a swarm of 200 to more than 2,000 drones. In flight, the drones draw your logo, a message or an animated scene, silently and with a small footprint, suited to noise-sensitive venues.

Special effects and multimedia
We bring together video mapping, lighting, sound, cold sparks, flames, confetti, lasers and performers on one running order. Indoors or outdoors.

End-of-year party
The event where the whole company comes together. A pyrotechnic display or a drone show brings the year to a close with a shared visual moment, whether outdoors or viewed through the windows of a hall.
Gala evening
Meticulous staging, external guests, the press. The show is synchronised to the timecode with the service and the music, without ever disrupting the maître d’hôtel’s proceedings.
Company anniversary
Ten, twenty-five or a hundred years: the anniversary year is written in the sky by a swarm of drones, then rounded off with a bouquet.
Opening ceremony
New headquarters, new factory, new shop. The unveiling will feature cold fireworks indoors or a close-range fireworks display outside, organised in coordination with local councillors and the emergency services.
Awards ceremony
In-house ceremonies, sales awards, annual honours. The stage effects punctuate the announcement of the winners without drowning out the presenter’s voice.
Conference and seminar
The evening event bringing two days of work to a close. Video mapping on the façade of the seminar venue, followed by a grand finale after dinner.

Safety and authorisations.
Our pyrotechnicians hold the qualification certificate required for category F4 fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles, under decree no. 2010-455 of 4 May 2010. For drones, we operate in the specific category of European Regulation 2019/947, with DGAC authorisation. Our teams handle the administrative declarations, coordination with the emergency services and securing the perimeter. We carry the operational responsibility.

Is Celesta an event agency or a service provider?
A service provider. Celesta does not hire out venues, nor does it manage the catering or invitations: we produce the show. In practical terms, we work either directly for the company or alongside the event agency organising your evening. In both cases, the design, production and production control of the highlight are handled in-house, without a chain of subcontractors.
How can you organise a corporate event that really leaves a lasting impression?
Everyone experiences in-hall entertainment in turn. A synchronised fireworks display, a formation of drones spelling out your logo or a burst of cold sparks bring the whole room together at the same moment: we stage them at the end of the evening, after the speeches.
What sort of corporate events can Celesta organise?
End-of-year parties, gala evenings, company anniversaries, opening ceremonies, awards ceremonies, conferences, seminars, team-building events. We also organise events to celebrate a major contract win or a product launch. The arrangements are tailored to your guest numbers and venue.
What sort of entertainment should you choose for an opening ceremony?
For an unveiling, we plan a brief, precise effect. Indoors, cold sparks or a curtain of confetti accompany the unveiling. Outdoors, a close-range display on the façade or a fleet of drones flying over the building provides the image that the press will pick up on. Coordination with elected representatives and the emergency services is part of our service.
Are drone displays replacing fireworks displays?
It replaces or complements it, depending on your aim. Drones suit noise-sensitive sites and environmental constraints, as they fly silently. Fireworks keep the advantage of sound and scale for a finale. We often recommend a combination of the two.
How long does it take to organise the highlight of an evening?
Generally allow three to six months for a finished project, longer for a large drone flight requiring DGAC authorisation.
Is it possible to organise an indoor performance in a function room?
Yes. Cold sparks, heavy fog, stage flames and confetti are designed for use in enclosed spaces, in accordance with fire safety regulations. Our teams carry out a site survey in advance with the venue manager.
Does Celesta operate outside the Île-de-France region?
Yes, throughout France and internationally: our teams travel to Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The licensed storage facility in Aigremont and our presence in Normandy give them the logistical autonomy to organise your corporate event outside France.
Who is responsible for managing permissions and security?
Our teams take care of it all: prefecture declarations, liaising with the emergency services, setting up a security perimeter and production control on the day. You retain artistic control; we ensure regulatory compliance.
