Fireworks display
Celesta organises fireworks displays synchronised to your music, ranging from intimate displays lasting just a few minutes to large-scale shows performed in front of several thousand spectators, to give your corporate event the intensity it deserves.

Drone light show
For your corporate event, Celesta deploys a swarm of between ten and several hundred drones. In flight, the drones trace your logo, a message or an animated scene, silently and with a minimal environmental footprint: the ideal solution for noise-sensitive venues.

Special effects and multimedia

Formats
Six corporate events, six ways to bring it to a close.
The highlight varies depending on the occasion. Here are the formats that Celesta most commonly produces for its corporate clients.
End-of-year party
The event where the whole company comes together. A pyrotechnic display or a drone show brings the year to a close with a shared visual moment, whether outdoors or viewed through the windows of a hall.
Gala evening
Meticulous staging, external guests, the press. The show is synchronised to the timecode with the service and the music, without ever disrupting the maître d’hôtel’s proceedings.
Company anniversary
Ten, twenty-five or a hundred years: the vintage is written in the sky by a swarm of drones, then rounded off with a bouquet. A brand image that can be reused straight away.
Opening ceremony
New headquarters, new factory, new shop. The unveiling will feature cold fireworks indoors or a close-range fireworks display outside, organised in coordination with local councillors and the emergency services.
Awards ceremony
In-house ceremonies, sales awards, annual honours. The stage effects punctuate the announcement of the winners without drowning out the presenter’s voice.

Allow six to twelve weeks between the initial discussion and the evening of your corporate event; allow even longer for a large-scale drone flight requiring authorisation. The earlier the planning begins, the greater the scope for creativity.

Our pyrotechnicians hold the required qualification certificate for Category F4 fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles, in accordance with Decree No. 2010-455 of 4 May 2010. For drones, we operate under a specific category of European Regulation 2019/947, with authorisation from the DGAC. Our teams handle the administrative declarations, coordination with the emergency services and securing the perimeter. You can rest assured; we bear operational responsibility.

What the organisers ask first.
Is Celesta an event agency or a service provider?
A service provider. Celesta does not hire out venues, nor does it manage the catering or invitations: we produce the show. In practical terms, we work either directly for the company or alongside the event agency organising your evening. In both cases, the design, production and production control of the highlight are handled in-house, without a chain of subcontractors.
How can you organise a corporate event that really leaves a lasting impression?
In-hall entertainment fills the time, but it doesn’t create a shared memory: everyone experiences it in turn. What stays with you is the moment when the whole room is looking at the same thing at the same time. A synchronised fireworks display, a formation of drones spelling out your logo or a burst of cold sparks fulfil this role, and they are staged at the end of the evening, after the speeches.
What sort of corporate events can Celesta organise?
End-of-year parties, gala evenings, company anniversaries, opening ceremonies, awards ceremonies, conferences, seminars, team-building events. We also organise events to celebrate a major contract win or a product launch. The arrangements are tailored to your guest numbers and venue.
What sort of entertainment should you choose for an opening ceremony?
The unveiling calls for a brief, precise effect, not a twenty-minute spectacle. Indoors, cold sparks or a curtain of confetti accompany the unveiling. Outdoors, a close-up shot of the façade or a fleet of drones flying over the building provides the image that the press will pick up on. Coordination with elected representatives and the emergency services is part of our service.
Are drone displays replacing fireworks displays?
It can either replace or complement it, depending on your intentions. Drones are suitable for sites where noise and environmental constraints are an issue, as they fly silently. Fire remains unbeatable when it comes to the raw emotion of a finale. We often recommend a combination of the two.
How long does it take to organise the highlight of an evening?
Generally speaking, allow six to twelve weeks for a project to be completed; it may take longer for a large-scale drone flight operation subject to authorisation by the DGAC. The earlier the project is planned, the greater the scope for creativity.
Is it possible to organise an indoor performance in a function room?
Yes. Cold sparks, heavy fog, stage flames and confetti are designed for use in enclosed spaces, in accordance with fire safety regulations. Our teams carry out a site survey in advance with the venue manager.
Does Celesta operate outside the Île-de-France region?
Yes, throughout France and internationally: our teams travel to Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The licensed storage facility in Aigremont and our presence in Normandy give them the logistical autonomy to organise your corporate event outside France.
Who is responsible for managing permissions and security?
Our teams take care of it all: prefecture declarations, liaising with the emergency services, setting up a security perimeter and production control on the day. You retain artistic control; we ensure regulatory compliance.
