Six services for your events in Switzerland
Fireworks, drones, mapping, effects and performers: one team writes them to a single soundtrack, for a 1 August celebration, a lake festival or a corporate evening.

Fireworks
From a barge on the lake or from the shore: our pyrotechnicians write the firing sequence to your soundtrack, and our local partner, who holds the Swiss permits, carries out the firing.

Drone shows
A fleet of 200 to over 2,000 drones drawing above a lake or a resort, with no detonation; the flight authorisation comes from the FOCA.

Video mapping
For a town anniversary or a festival, images designed around the geometry of a castle, a cathedral or a town hall, projected without fixing anything to the stone.

Special effects
Flame jets and cold sparks for a festival stage, a corporate evening or a product launch; indoors, we apply the stricter Swiss rules in force since 1 April 2026.

Sound and light
A story told in light, sound and fire in front of a castle or an old town, for a seated audience: a 1 August celebration suits it as well as a town anniversary.

Multimedia staging
Drones, fireworks, mapping and performers on a single cue sheet. The Flyboard Show, which we build into our shows, is performed on water: a Swiss lake suits it.
Drought in Switzerland: the drone show takes over

If firing is permitted
In summer 2026, Vaud banned outdoor fires from 28 July, except professional firing from a lake. Valais banned the sale of fireworks, and Geneva restricted them to platforms on the lake, with the canton’s authorisation.
- If the canton only allows firing from a lake, we move the firing onto a barge.
- From the quote stage, we set a flame-free fallback option, priced in the same document.
- We agree with you the decision time and the thresholds that trigger it.
If the canton bans firing
We switch to the drone show or to a flame-free multimedia set-up, with the same team and on the same date.
- No detonation and no burning debris over the audience or the vegetation.
- The flight still depends on the wind: we set a threshold and a back-up slot.
- The story written for the fireworks is carried over into light figures in the sky.

Your questions about our shows in Switzerland
Do you work in French-speaking Switzerland?
Yes, in Geneva, in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Jura, and in Basel. Our crews set out from our storage depot in Aigremont, France, and have produced shows in more than 20 countries.
Which authorisations are needed for fireworks in Switzerland?
Firing category 4 articles requires a Swiss authorisation obtained through training and an examination (fireworks A or B, presented by the SERI): in Switzerland, we work with a local partner who holds the permits needed for firing. The firing itself is authorised by the cantonal police, on the municipality’s advice: at least 15 days ahead in Vaud, 14 days in Neuchâtel. Between Saint-Prex and Geneva airport, the Vaud police also require Skyguide’s prior opinion. Importing the articles requires an authorisation from the Central Office for Explosives and Pyrotechnics of the Federal Police. We set out the details canton by canton in our guide to fireworks permits and authorisations in Switzerland.
Which authorisation is needed for a drone show in Switzerland?
A flight above or close to the public falls under the specific category: it requires an operational authorisation from the FOCA, an operations manual and an emergency response plan. An operation already authorised in another EASA member state is the subject of a cross-border authorisation application to the FOCA.
What happens if the canton bans fireworks because of drought?
In summer 2026, Vaud, Valais and Geneva restricted fireworks, and only professional firing from a lake remained possible in Vaud. From the quote stage, we price a flame-free option, a drone show or a multimedia set-up, on the same date. For a 1 August celebration, we set out three possible set-ups to replace or complement the fireworks with a drone show.
How much does a drone show cost in Switzerland?
From €10,000, about CHF 9,400 at summer 2026 exchange rates, whatever the size of the town: this threshold reflects the fleet, the drone pilots and the flight authorisation. The number of drones has the greatest effect on the price, followed by the flight duration; the distance to the venue matters less.
Can you fire from a lake?
Yes, from a barge, with the authorisation of the canton and the municipality. The firing moves away from the shore and the audience, and it is the format Vaud and Valais kept during the bans of summer 2026.
Have you worked outside France before?
Yes, in Dubai, in China for Chimelong Park in Guangzhou, and on tours in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. For each destination, we visit the site, study the local regulations and organise the shipping of our equipment.
