Fireworks displays and pyrotechnics
A security zone that has been cleared, a vehicle access point, and a loading bay which cannot co-exist with members of the public within the same right-of-way.
Qualified pyrotechnicians, products sourced from our licensed storage facility and security coverage of the pyrotechnic show until the fireworks are set off. Full technical details can be found on the pyrotechnic show page.
Drone light show
A clear take-off area and a decision made well in advance, because the airspace application must be submitted well before the rest of your production.

Sound and light show
Available electrical power and approved connection points. This is the discipline most dependent on what the site is actually able to provide.
The equipment, the installation team and a power survey carried out before the quote is provided, to ensure that the power line is not exposed the day before.
Video mapping
This is the longest to prepare and the quickest to set up. It requires access to the building well in advance for the survey, but then almost nothing on the day itself.
Surveying, modelling, content production and on-site optical alignment. The bulk of the cost is incurred at the outset, which makes it predictable.

Products are available on schedule without having to rely on an external supplier. This is what prevents the most common kind of schedule revision in the industry.
Timecode synchronisation
Our campaign aligns with your production control strategy rather than imposing one on you. It goes live at the start of your production control phase, with no room for negotiation when the time comes.
A single point of contact
Just one point of contact in your tracking table, available from the quotation stage right through to the completion of the repair. You’ll never have to choose between two versions of the same information.

The venue, the date, the budget allocated to our project and the constraints we’re already aware of. A production brief is enough; we don’t need an artistic concept.

We break down the figures by item
A quote broken down into individual items that you can compare and analyse in detail – never a lump-sum price. If it doesn’t fit within your budget, we’ll let you know straight away.

Please add us to the file
You’ll need our parts to register a new supplier. Either ask for them or don’t mention it: they’ll be sent with the quote anyway.

We supply the parts
Certificate of compliance, insurance certificate, staff qualifications and registration. No reminders required, and all up to date as at the date of the service.

You set the milestones
Identification, validation, assembly, rehearsal, operation. We get involved and alert you to any issues that do not comply with the statutory deadlines.

We’ll take care of it
Risk assessment, site plan and submission of declarations, with copies of the acknowledgement slips for your records. You do not need to take any action.

You are starting the construction project
Access points, shared working hours with other trades, available power and the common safety point.

We’re stepping up to the challenge
Installation within the agreed timeframes, testing, and a point of contact present at the production sites you organise.

You are closing
Handover, invoicing, and return of the site to its owner. Our account must be able to be settled in full, without any reservations or further exchanges.

Dismantling, rectification carried out in consultation with the site, followed by a written report on what happened, including what did not go as planned.
The two clocks
The only milestone you cannot postpone by a week.
In a production reverse schedule, almost everything can be made up for by tightening the timeline. Administration, however, cannot. It is the only constraint in this project that cannot be negotiated with either us or you, and it deserves to be the first item on your schedule.

Approving a pyrotechnic contractor requires more documentation than for an ordinary supplier, and this is often where the timetable falls behind. We provide you with these documents without you having to ask for them, and we tell you frankly what you need to check on your end.

A client must ensure that their service provider is up to date with their obligations, and is liable for this. This is not merely a formality; it is your liability.
A valid certificate of vigilance
Provided with the quote and then renewed if the work is carried out over a period of time, together with our registration number. You do not need to request it again once the work is complete.
Risk coverage
Your client, the site and, in some cases, its insurer want to know who is covering what, and under what terms the work is being carried out.
Our certification and qualifications
Proof of insurance cover for the current financial year, detailing the cover provided and the amounts insured, together with the individual qualifications of the personnel who will be on site.
A quote you can check yourself
A flat-rate fee cannot be compared, broken down or justified to a client who asks where their budget is going.
A breakdown of the figures
Design, equipment, team, transport, administrative procedures and refurbishment are listed separately. You can see what changes if the project changes, and by how much.

The location, date and budget are all that’s needed for an initial itemised quote. The supporting documents are sent with the quote, without you having to ask for them.

What production companies ask us first.
What administrative documents do you provide?
Certificate of due diligence, current-year insurance certificate, registration details and the names and qualifications of the personnel scheduled to work on site. These are sent out with the quote, without waiting for your request, and are renewed if the service spans several months.
Do you subcontract any part of the service?
Not the pyrotechnic display itself: we have our own qualified pyrotechnicians. This means you don’t have to trace the chain of responsibility or make claims against a third party you haven’t chosen. If a subcontractor needs to bring in a partner, we’ll tell you before the contract is signed, not afterwards.
Is your quote broken down by item?
Yes, and this is a principle, not an option. Design, equipment, staff, transport, administrative procedures and refurbishment are listed separately. This allows you to compare costs, reallocate them within your budget and see immediately which budget lines are affected if the scale of the project changes.
How do you fit into our schedule?
We work to your schedule rather than proposing our own, and we highlight any aspects that do not comply with regulatory deadlines. On site, we arrive at the agreed time, and a representative attends the production meetings that you organise.
What is the minimum timeframe that needs to be included in the reverse schedule?
One month for a fireworks display and forty-five days for a drone light flight, prior to the performance date. This timeframe cannot be shortened. Our project schedule, however, allows for three to six months for a complete project and can be compressed to a certain extent; we will advise you of the limits on a case-by-case basis.
How much does a drone light show cost?
A drone light show starts at 10,000 euros. This figure varies mainly depending on the number of light drones used, the duration of the choreography and the site’s airspace restrictions. We’ll provide you with a price range during our initial discussion, so that you can decide on your budget before we draw up a detailed proposal.
