A national holiday shared between two local authorities

Levallois-Perret and Courbevoie, separated by the River Seine, have opted to stage a joint fireworks display on 14 July. This kind of collaboration makes it possible to put on a spectacular show that can be seen and enjoyed by residents on both sides of the river.

Co-ordinating a shot that is visible from both banks

Celesta has designed a fireworks display launched from the Levallois Bridge, intended to offer an unobstructed view from both the Levallois and Courbevoie quays. The firing angle and the height of the effects have been calculated to ensure a balanced display on both sides of the river.

A joint fireworks display involving two local authorities requires enhanced administrative coordination: cross-authorisation, river and land safety zones, and coordination with each town’s emergency services. Celesta’s certified pyrotechnicians managed this dual-organisation process.
