How Celesta makes flame effects safe at a festival

Category T2 pyrotechnic articles and the associated stage effects are governed by French decree no. 2010-455 of 4 May 2010, which regulates the marketing and control of explosive products. Operating them is reserved for pyrotechnicians holding a level 2 certificate and prefectoral approval.

Before the first note, the set-up must be declared. Filings with the town hall and the prefecture are made at least one month before the scheduled date.
